In fact, their service ranks up there with some of the best service I’ve ever received. They know my husband and me by name and respond quickly to all our questions. They have a lovely friendly office, and we highly recommend them!
This insurance agency is like no other I have dealt with in the past. All personnel are very professional, caring and willing to listen rather than just react. Angela Johnson prides her agency on excellent customer service. With this agency it is not just about selling insurance, the people here really care and are concerned about their clients!

I have had nothing but issues since I am using this company. They are incompetent and unreliable.. I have had this company for 2 yrs now, paid all my policy's in full.. Now 2 incidents one of which was Harvey.. They have messed up and have not made the necessary phone calls. If they deny I will post my emails and conversations with them
Applied to work here. Had an interview scheduled, and got an email, not even a phone call, as I was getting ready. Was told that the position was filled. If that's how they treat potential employees, how will they treat customers?

Hi Joe - I had to make the decision 3 hours before your scheduled interview time to cancel the interview or let you get ready, drive to the office, sit through an hour-long interview, then drive home in traffic for a position that had already been filled. I decided the right decision was to contact you in advance rather than wasting your time. I recently changed insurance carriers. Ashley Turco provided me with the quotes and walked me through the process before I was scheduled to go on international travel and my insurance was about to expire and required renewal. Outstanding customer service by Ashley which I am sure is evident throughout Angela Johnson's Agency. I referred someone else already! Thanks for the positive and professional experience!
