Called for an acute postpartum skin issue and was told the first available appointment was a month out. Finally headed to the appointment but ran into multiple road closures on the way and was 10 minutes late. At the office was kept for an additional 20 minutes waiting to be told the doctor was too booked and couldn't see me. I understand I was late, but if I was going to be turned away, that should have happened sooner. I was having balding issues and was told she was the doctor to go to for this. I suggested having blood tests for checking my hormone levels and she said she wouldn't run them because "she wouldn't be able to read them anyway". I am a menopausal woman so was surprised by this answer. I subsequently went to a different doctor who ran basic hormone blood tests and it showed my testosterone was abnormal. Dr Jiang was so professional and helpful. So refreshing to have a Dr that’s happy to help and enjoys her job. She had me at ease from the second she walked in to exam room. Hope I don’t have to see her regularly but I know if I have to I’m in good hands.
