UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do not waste your time setting up an appointment with her. She may or may not keep them. I wouldn’t go to this individual and pay her $165 fee just so she can give you the run around and waste your time.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband has had an 8mm kidney stone(way beyond a passable stone). He is not able to get an emergency urologist appointment until later in this week. This “woman” has blatantly ignored his request to refill his medicine. He has been attempting to contact her since last Wednesday. He has been out of his medication for a week.
