PLEASE READ !! I would give less than a star if possible. I've been going here for over a year. I asked at the first visit if they were accepted by my insurance. They stated yes it was no issue. Over a year later I find out this is not true. They could have told me after the first visit but instead chose to let me keep coming and tacking on more to the bill. Have used Dr Hodges for all my dental needs for over 10 years and have always found her to be professional in practice and deportment. She is willing to work with patients on billing / payment plans and is focused on giving the best treatment or the lowest cost. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

Was trying to get partial plates fitted and when I questioned the assistant, she left the room and left me sitting there for at least 15 minutes. I kept getting excuses about why they were not fitting and it always came back to something wrong with my mouth, nothing they might have done. After a while another staff person came in and told me since I was such a rude and difficult patient, I just needed to leave and find me someone else. Was totally flabbergasted!!

i went to dr hodges office as i had lost a filling i was told by dr hodges office that i needed a full mouth ex rays before even seeing the dentist. they did not inform me that these ex rays were not covered by my insurance and charged me $155.00 out of pocket. i did not even see the dentist and no repair work was performed. disturbed, i went to another dentist in jackson, i was actually seen by a dentist and had two teeth repaired for less out of pocket than dr hodges charged me for not even seeing the dentist. or even doin... read more

Great staff but the most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered. Sticking to the facts. I went in for a filling that needed replacing. I require more numbing than most patients. When she started drilling I began squinting and she said "what's the problem?" I said I could feel it but we could keep going. She said "I'm not going to fight you" and walked out and refused to finish the procedure. Her staffed were apologetic. Her behavior was beyond unacceptable and inhumane.
