My daughter had her first appointment at Nemours Oviedo and I was extremely happy with the staff! Very warm and welcoming, we were both comfortable. What stood out the most about this staff was the initial scheduling. I had some issues with insurance, which could have delayed our visit. One of the staff members of the front desk took the extra time to make a sticky note, double check on information, then called back within the day and was able to help us get in our initial appointment.
