I have seen this doctor for my annual physical and she is cold and unfriendly. It feels rushed when your in the office with her and she couldn't care less about your health and wellbeing. The MA who works with is also rude and was literally rolling her eyes at me. On top of it, this office will upcode and try to bill you for service that was not rendered. Dr Puthenveetil is very attentive and understanding as a PCP
It took about six months wait to see this doctor. On the day of the appointment, the clinic stated that she in not going to be in today. When I called the clinic, rep stated that there was no note about it but she'll check it with the nurse. Its literally within four-hour notice and still haven't received a call. This doctor didn't want to see new patient or just didn't want to do annual exam including Pap smear.
Dr Puthenvettil is a very competent physician who provided good care for me while I had her as my primary care physician in 1/1/2020-3/31/2020. She was great. Banner Scheduling screwed up a lot of stuff as a contracted provider of my Medicare Advantage Plan causing me tons of grief and the scheduling took weeks to get done then they would refer me to someone who wasn't even in network.
