This place messed up a lot when I was a child, finding out they totally botched my assesments and I've always known they tried to brainwash me
So professional and the staff is so caring.
the intake form is ridiculously long. took days to hear back from them. missed their first call, when i called back the phone rang and rang until someone finally answered with a "WHAT?!" before immediately hanging up. called a couple more times, left messages. never heard back from them. extremely unprofessional, especially from a place claiming to help with mental health issues.
Retraumatizes clients. The only therapeutic aspect was the intake form. The rest was a waste of time.
