If I could it would be ZERO STARS. I had already seen audiologist 2 months prior to this appointment at HearingLife of Martinsburg and had an extensive hearing test, at which time I was advised to see an ENT to be on safe side b/c tinnitus and hearing loss had worsened and they suggested that I might need an MRI to make sure nothing else is going on. Very very rude
Very rude interaction in general came in to ask about getting tonsils removed due to excessive pain over a period of a year. She tried to tell me the pain was all my imagination and that she did not see the whole picture despite telling her in depth of everything going on.
PA Ettinger is an excellent provider. She took ample time to listen to my questions and health history and performed a thorough and in-depth exam. She has a pleasant yet professional demeanor. I really felt like no stone was left unturned. I also appreciated her conservative approach to medicine. Many providers just throw a prescription at you and send you on your way but PA Ettinger looked into multiple approaches and possible solutions to try. My daughter saw Angela Ettinger for over two years. By far she was the most rude and arrogant medical professional I’ve ever encountered. She’s not even a doctor and I doubt that she has the proper oversight by an MD as a physician’s assistant. I never saw an ENT doctor present in the facility when we were there, as she was always by herself, and after months of no resolution to my daughter’s condition she did not consult her supervising physician to my knowledge.
