Very unprofessional. The day before my appointment I called to confirm my 3:00 . I got the answering machine that said they had moved and basically do not leave a message but to text the number and someone would text back. I did...they text back. This is unprofessional. They have time to text but no time to answer my call...they have no time to let me know they moved. The next day I arrive for my appointment and after a very long wait I was taken in to do vitals. Wouldn’t send my dog to her. Terrible bed side manner, told my cousin he had end stage liver disease and cirrhosis and there’s never been PAPER PROOF shown to us that this is true. Very rude, and disrespectful.
