My daughter, Evelyn, saw her a few times as an infant due to Microphthalmia. Angela Cotton and her staff, particularly receptionist Evelyn, were always very kind and helpful. I wished we lived closer, and if we ever move back to the area we would certainly continue to use her for our prosthetic needs. She is undoubtedly the best ocularist on the east coast/ south east. Im disabled and on fixed income. I have insurance thru my disability. Before I went I asked if they took my insurance. The secretary Evelyn said yes. So I made a appt today at 1030 am. I cannot drive due to my disability. I called a lyft. The cost was $44.51 one way. It was 41.2 miles 57 mins. I get there. I was told by Evelyn to call and she would bring the paperwork outside for me to fill out. I called twice no answer and knocked on the door no answer. I opened the door stuck my head in. I have known Angela Cotton for 30 years. She has watched me grow up and promoted my eye health and self esteem. She has worked hard for years perfecting her art as an ocularist.
