NP Carson is great! She actively listens and cares deeply for her patients
Brittney is who you schedule appointments through. Unfortunately Brittney wouldn't do her job even if her life depended on it. I AM NOW NINE MONTHS INTO WAITING TO SCHEDULE MY FOLLOW UP. I had to stop medications cold turkey which is advised against by ANY person especially psychiatric medication. I was FINALLY able to speak with someone TODAY after hearing NOTHING SINCE APRIL, just to be told I would have to start as a new patient. If you're look for help, treatment, or basic communication, you will NOT find it here.
