She was friendly but very disappointed in service. She didn’t even want to do a strep test even with me having strep and my daughter having every symptom I had. She did end up testing after saying she didn’t need to. Didn’t even swab her throat just the tongue and of course came Back negative. This was the most disappointing experience I’ve had at this practice. My son’s usual pediatrician, Dr. Braniff (who is excellent) was unavailable for a rescheduled appointment, so we saw Dr. Barton instead. From the start, the visit felt poorly handled. My son was already upset and crying while unclothed on the exam table. Typically, Dr. Braniff completes the exam efficiently or multitasks by asking questions while examining him so he can be re-clothed and soothed as quickly as possible. She is amazing! Takes time to listen, never feel rushed. She makes my granddaughter feel quite comfortable.
