Mike was fabulous! Fast and efficient, and a fair offer. I wish we could have finished the renovations and had an investment property, but it just got ahead of us and it was better to sell and pay off the HELOC that bought our new house. The stress of owning long distance property was tremendous, and Mike made it go away- plus, the duplex will finally be renovated and it will shine again!
