I’m a High Risk OB patient(had 3 miscarriages) I was told that once I got pregnant again I can call and make an appointment to be seen sooner than 8 weeks. I was told that there would be a note by my name allowing me to make an appointment. By the time I was 5 weeks. I called Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Never felt so cared for she and her staff are amazing
I called twice because I am pregnant and need to see a doctor asap but every time I call they won’t schedule me unless they have ER records. It makes no sense to me to have a person call to see a doctor who urgently needs it unless they have paperwork. At the ER they can only attend if it’s an emergency or you’re dying, I need to see a regular physician but they won’t schedule me even if it’s urgent. I let the person who took my call know the hospital kept putting me on hold and then hanging up when I would try to get record... read more
