Staff is very professional. I had a great tech administer my services, however very disappointed in result notices - feeling of 'no patient concern'. Was called by representative on my results, but she seemed agitated when I asked questions ABOUT DETAILS OF MY RESULTS! Appalling!!
I have been seeing Dr. Williamson since she first opened. Her staff is very professional and caring. They communicate results very quickly also.
I recently finished chemo and radiation and went for my mammogram and ultrasound, I called to see if my results are in and the receptionist starts to tell me I will need a pet scan and then began to tell me she could’nt tell me why I need one. Needless to say I just started crying. Receptionist nor nurses have any right to go over any results or recommendations with you , so now I’m in tears wondering why I will need a pet scan.
