If you care about your loved one, do NOT hire this company!! I worked in this industry for 12 years, and NEVER have I seen such incompetence, unprofessionalism, and disorganization. I hired them to care for my 95yr old aunt so I could take a much needed vacation. They stressed me out constantly..people not showing up, no communication between staff. Worst company ever. Don’t even think about using them. They are completely unreliable. My loved one has paralysis and they failed to show up three times in a two week period. They were late every day except one. Beware.

Angel Watch has missed several appointments with my mom. Unprofessional in many instances not even calling till the end of the day to let you know they did not come morning and make her appointments.. When they were going to take her for labs diabetic patient they were three hours late and she had been fasting. She became ill in the lab. Be careful with your loved one
