They book you an appt then when you get there they dont have your appt..its not a very clean place as well and my nails dont last
0/5 stars. Horrible horrible horrible. Overpriced for poor art. They prioritze walk ins over BOOKED APPTS from their loyal customers. This was $80 and they wouldn’t let me leave unless I tipped. After tax and $90 later….
I walked in without an appointment, but even though I arrived before other walk-ins, they took people ahead of me. I waited over 30 minutes just to be rushed through the whole thing. I showed a clear inspiration photo (attached) and what I got wasn’t even close. The shape, size, and design were all wrong. The nails weren’t filed properly, the paint job is sloppy, and it just looked rushed and unprofessional.
