if i could give a zero i would. I got these done for a vacation. My primary nail salon was too booked so we found this one. The lady I had, Helen was terrible. At first i thought she did well with my gel toes but found my toes cracked and already coming off after 3 days. My nails almost made me want to cry. She shaped them but used the acrylic and went longer from the actual tip if you understand what i’m saying. My nails are also chipped and aren’t filed down, plus some are already coming off. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Initially they were rude on the phone when I called to ask a question. I’m new to the area and I just needed to find a spot. So I decided to give them a second chance, maybe the woman who answered was just busy. I went by in person. Even worse. Not to mention their service for a basic manicure is over 40% higher than what it is at other salons in the same radius. I’d rather mop the ocean then deal with a negative attitude of what I assume was the owner upon walking in.

I’ve been going to this nail salon on and off for over 10 years, but the quality of service has declined significantly. I used to be a regular, but now I only go when my primary salon isn’t available. My most recent visit, the first in over a year, felt very rushed as they were closing in an hour. My nails chipped within hours, and most were damaged after just three days. When I returned to have them fixed, I noticed they hadn’t properly removed the previous gel. I have been coming here for a year now. I always come for gel pedicure and eyebrows wax. I have never had a bad service or bad experience. Every one is always courteous and friendly. I recommended this place to others and they also have loved it here.

I gave this place a try despite the negative reviews I saw. A week ago I needed to have my nails done for a fall event. The staff were nice but my photos showed the work.it bubbled after 1 day and peeled after 3 days.
