I decided to give this place a try despite the very negative reviews. I went for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Emily provided both services to me and despite the language barrier, she made sure to provide exceptional customer service. She made sure I liked the shape of my nails when doing the manicure. She listened when I told her the drill to take off my previous gel manicure was burning my nails and she used a soak method mixed with drilling. I wish i could give 0 stairs. I went today for a pedicure. The woman gave a whole lecture to my sister that she wasn’t allowed to sit next to me on the chair. Which would make sense if there were people waiting but there was no one. And then later she did my toes and did it really fast like she was in a rush. No massage even though the lady next to me was massaging her clients legs thoroughly. AND THEN HARASSED ME FOR A TIP. She kept asking me if i wanted to add tip on card or cash and i said cash. I have been coming to this place for over three years now. The people are super friendly and helpful and they are always willing to make time for me, even if I don't have an appointment. Their back and feet massages are worth it.
