I had one of the worst salon experiences ever here. I went in for what I thought would be a simple manicure using my own Gel X nails, assuming it would be cheaper. Instead, I ended up paying an outrageous $140 — and that’s just for them to apply my Gel X nails and paint them one single color. No shapes, no designs, no special treatment. I have tried to give this place a couple experiences to really get the full picture but this is definitely the worst salon I’ve ever been too. I’ve walked out here bleed more times than I should. Painful nail appointments and some women just started touching my back and rubbing me cause apparently I need a massage!!!! That’s assault !! You can’t just have your staff grabbing on people.

Worst and most expensive gel mani I’ve ever received. Uneven tips, blotchy color, horrible edges near the cuticle. I’m too nice to say anything in person, but beware of this salon. I’ve given them 3 shots with different nail techs, they’re all horrible.

This is one week after a hard gel manicure. I can’t show you photos of the Brazilian wax for obvious reasons. The tech put baby oil on my skin rather than alcohol before she applied wax. Also didn’t use gloves. There is no way possible she had any training in this complicated service. Obviously t most of the hair wasn’t removed. Where there wasn’t oil, she pulled skin and n a vein and caused major bruising. It is shocking that this place is open for business.

This is me at 1 am the day of my pedicure. I had to ask the lady to please clean under my nails cause she was already painting after taking my feet out the water. Even after she cleaned I still have so much skin! Either train your employees to properly do pedicures or don’t rip people off $75 for a gel pedicure.
