Used too much nail glue which got in my nail bed. Also she cut too much cuticle off. She was very rough with me often hitting my hands when I moved and squeezing super tightly. When I let the woman with glasses know my concerns, she told me I was being “too picky”. She kept complaining and speaking negatively towards me. So much that I had to ask her to stop talking to me that way. It was a really unpleasant experience and I won’t be back. The people did a good job. But the facility itself was run down. Chairs are all torn, everything is old and run down, lighting is bad, furniture is chipped and stained, wood flooring is worn down……I guess if you can walk in blind folded and stay that way, you can get good services. I won’t be back.
