Whenever I go here with an appointment I am made to feel like I am bothering them… today one of the men did my pedicure and was so rude and I was left with bloody cuticles . Won’t be going back.
New to the area and came in at 3:30 to get a new set of nails, there were maybe three people in the salon tops and the woman just looks at me and says “we can’t” and gave no other explanation or offer of a time that would work better. I just stood there awkwardly and then walked out. Extremely disappointing and rude.
“I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience during my recent visit. The pedicure itself was rushed and poorly done, but what shocked me the most was how unprofessional and borderline aggressive Kara was. She was rough throughout the process, ignoring my discomfort and even snapping when I politely pointed out an issue. Her behavior made me feel unsafe and unwelcome.
