New to the area and came in at 3:30 to get a new set of nails, there were maybe three people in the salon tops and the woman just looks at me and says “we can’t” and gave no other explanation or offer of a time that would work better. I just stood there awkwardly and then walked out. Extremely disappointing and rude.

The pedicure itself was rushed and poorly done, but what shocked me the most was how unprofessional and borderline aggressive Kara was. She was rough throughout the process, ignoring my discomfort and even snapping when I politely pointed out an issue. Her behavior made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. Jackie is my nail tech and he is awesome. Grace and Jackie do a great job on pedicures. I recommend this place. Make an appointment because they are busy.
