Brittany the office manager is right down unprofessional. She scheduled an appointment and when they didn’t show and I called she blamed it on my daughter not getting back to her right away . These people are unbelievable, first rate, top notch. Their office manager Britney D. Was so understanding and pleasant even though I was pain in the back customer. She was awesome and immediately dispatched somebody to my home for a monster size wasp nest. Their technician, Victor, with over 18 years of experience, was so cool, so knowledgeable and so friendly and professional. I would recommend these guys 100% to everybody. Very poor inspection. Said there were only fleas. Called another company and there was more than just fleas.
