I just had my pedicure done today. I got a worst experience ever. They are not a professional at all.Place is so dirty . Customer service is zero star. I’m adding the picture just after pedicure 🥴 I think I don’t need to explain 🤕🫣
I went here to get a pedicure and i felt with worst feet i came in with. the staff was so rude and started to yell at me and then started more chaos with all of the other workers. i will never come here again and spent 40! for my feet to still have dead skin on it!
I had a very disappointing experience during my visit last week with Jessica. When I politely mentioned that I didn’t like how thick the French tip was, the nail tech became rude and told me I should’ve said something earlier—even though I had already expressed my preference. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that she started speaking in another language to her coworker, clearly talking about me. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
