Angelica is AMAZING for curly cuts! She listens to exactly what you want/need and executes it beautifully. She's the only stylist to ever cut my curly hair the way I not only want, but need, to make it look it's best. I'm very thankful for her. She's also fantastic with kids. My squirmy 3 year old son has had a great cut by her too. Angelica makes sure to give quality cuts and is a joy to be around.
2 stars because Angelica saved the day. However, I called to ask if the salon could work with my hair type (3c curls or mixed curly type of hair) before booking. They said yes so I booked with them. Unfortunately the stylist I got was extremely overwhelmed by my hair, made Angelica finish it, and made me feel completely uncomfortable. She was visibly stressed and kept making comments the entire time. I felt like I was a burden for getting my hair done there even though I asked if this is something they work with. This salon/Spa is extremely clean, staff are very nice and professional all the time. You feel as if you’re in a Salon in Boston. Angelic is knowledgeable and an expert in her field. She is really skilled with the work that she does, such as my Deva Curl cut and highlights, root touch ups. I always walk away happy with my results. My personal opinion, this salon is top notch. Always friendly and very professional. Customers are their top priority and it shows in the work they do. Keep up the wonderful job everyone. Would highly recommend!!
Honestly so disappointed in this place. They were recommended for kids cuts. I made an appointment for my granddaughter as part of a special weekend. She is only here this weekend so it had to be that day. Only to get a call today that the appointment was canceled. I am gutted as there is no way I will find an opening like this with less than 24 hours notice. While I feel for the circumstances, I can't believe that they wouldn't work together to cover the missed appointments. So upsetting. Do better. That is not good custome... read more
