Arrogant and rude. Didn’t have time for questions. Cancelled my next two appointments because he was not available. A waste of time, will look elsewhere.

Doctor Gonzalez and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. I am certain that my wife and I will continue using his services

Dr Gonzalez is top in his field! His ability to care for the patient int total, his caring - ‘rare’ bedside manner is impeccable. Our family is grateful for the excellence and standard of care he provides for the family member who comes to him. Words, cannot say how grateful we are to him and his staff. They are superb. Lastly, he was the only doc in Tampa Bay who diagnosed the ‘root cause’ and is always there when we need him. Every time the health condition rears it’s head and causes a storm he is like the reassuring beaco... read more

I am a Nurse Practitioner who cares for one of his patients at home with monthly IVs. 13 years exp. The dose was changed without notifying the patient; I called the office to ask about this. He was rude on the phone and belittling. He said he wasn't going to change it and went on a rant of what IVIG is used for, as if I was an uneducated fool. Even told me not to do the IV if I didn't agree with him. Terrible manners and undermines the patients right to collaboration on medical decisions.

TERRIBLE bedside manor. He actually “shooshed” me. He was over an hour late for my appointment & it was apparent that he was trying to rush through my appointment. He then prescribed me medication for something he was “on the fence” that I had. When I tried to get copies of my test results 6 weeks later, dr. Gonzales still hadn’t entered the notes in the computer. So here I am over a month of being sick waiting on my records so I can see someone else.

Lousy experience. Medications prescribed were not effective or had side affects that were significant. The final straw was a call I made to the on-call doctor on a weekend because I was in so much pain. No return phone call. Nothing. My advice...find better care elsewhere. The office staff here appears they have too many patients. If you need immediate care DURING THE WEEK, then you will be meeting with a physician's assistant. The doctors are scheduled several weeks out. Good luck.

The staff is friendly and knowledgable, however I waited to see Dr. Gonzalez for 2 and a half hours. Very unprofessional. I will not be back. Everytime asked when he was coming they would tell me "He just text and said it will be 20".

He spent more time trying to impress student dr. then listening to me. Telling me he's done this for ten years. Had me walking around, when it's my left arm.
