Will not return phone calls or reply to emails. I have been trying to get a question answered for over two months now and just fell on deaf ears. Not a way to so call run a management company or good customer service skills at that.

Thanks to Angel Property Management we were not able to close on a purchase of a condo. They lost our application twice. It took them over 3 weeks to finally submit it to the board for approval, only for us to receive a denial without any legitimate reason! Takeyma couldn't be more useless. Communication was horrible. We requested an official denial letter multiple times but got zero response. We lost a month of our time and plenty of opportunities. We had $30K sitting in escrow during this time.
I want to compliment the service I receive at angel property management and especially Ty-Asia who is and has been extremely helpful whenever I had a question or needed guidance. Great company and Ms. Asia a great employee and asset to this management company
Rinaldi is doing such great work. I am resident of complex for over 20years. After many years of neglect from previous companies, he and his team is working hard to turn things around. Great work!!
