Had an issue with my Rheem Platinum 50 gallon water heater. Water heater stopped working. Light on the controller flashed 9 times - Chamber Sensor Failure. Water heater still under warranty, so I reached out to Rheem. One of Rheem's factory authorized companies to work on this is Air Care Inc. - Oak Park (Rheem sent over). Air Care's technician looked at the water heater and said the water heater was installed so he can't get to the Sensor. I had a great experience with angel plumbers. The plumber was prompt, very courteous and explained to me what the problem was. He fixed it without too much trouble. Fees are very reasonable. I will be calling him if I have any other plumbing issues... or should I say “when” because my house is 50 years old! Curse you galvanized pipes!
