They are not honoring loans already submitted to process. I submitted a 628 credit score fix and flip and they changed their minimum credit score to 680 and just denied him. My client is speaking to his attorney and suing them. Also, their Account Executives are rude and they don't get back to you or disappear.

this is prime bridge portion of Angel Oak hard money lending, They worked well and came through for us on two properties much better than a lot of other hard money lenders i have dealt with

I have had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Angel Oak Prime Bridge. I received a "clear to close" in writing MULTIPLE times, even going as far as scheduling the closing, only for Angel Oak to ultimately deny my loan with no counter proposal and without providing any rationale whatsoever. This company does not pay their vendors. They have not paid me for an appraisal that is now over 90 days past due. They did close the loan on time using the appraisal. I have attempted to contact them numerous times with no results. I would use 0 stars if google would allow it. Reg I just received a check in payment. Better late than never. Reg
