Rawson Ridley was outstanding. Professional and very communicative. Had a time cruch on HELOC and he got it done. Was so impressed that I switched lenders to have Rawson at Angel Oak do a DSCR loan. He got it done very quickly. Will use them again and cannot recommend enough.

As a small business owner, using a bank to purchase houses is quite difficult or even impossible when there are no W2s to share. Angel Oak helps the small business person go through the mortgage system flawlessly by using a the business owner's bank statements to qualify. Rawson Ridley is stellar at helping one to understand the process and he held my hand through all the document explanations and term definitions. I refinanced my house at a lower rate and it is all due to Rawson Ridley at Angel Oak.

Rawson at Angel Oak was a pleasure to work with. Told me right up front what he could and couldn't get, lived up to it and walked me through the process and had me comfortable the whole time. much easier than I thought it would be going in. definitely recommended.

I started the HELOC process with Chris Wilson. He took all of my sensitive information and I never heard nack from him. I called the main like many times before anyone picked up. I left a message for a supervisor who never called me back. This may be a scam amd a way to collect sensitive information. I would not recommend Chris Willson of Angel Oak.
