Everyone is really helpful and knowledgeable. Michele was so sweet to my little girl. She and the rest of the staff made an eye exam a fun adventure for a nervous kid! They also have a huge selection of glasses!
My wife and I had an amazing experience here. The doctor and all the staff are thorough, kind, funny, and helpful. They take their time, and definitely go above and beyond.
Everyone here is so wonderful, professional, and very helpful. I just love Dr. Bohac! He's so thorough in his exams and he's very friendly! He actually saved my eyesight at my full eye exam several months back. He found out that I had cataracts and set me up with a surgeon in West Ashley. Dr. Bohac has been following up with me to make sure that I'm healing well. He's very professional....I won't go to any other eye doctor!
Ten stars!! Is that possible ? Well is it possible to exceed expectations ? This place went above and beyond and saved my eye ! They were courteous and professional and efficient and treated me like a human with feelings and not just a number. Anjelica started the ball rolling and every staff member played a vital role in preserving my sight. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Dr Bohac! I will absolutely return !
Seriously, the best eye dr ever! I'm from Long Island and I thought my eye dr was good there. Can't even compare them! From the front desk staff to Dr Bohac, just awesome!!
Rude. Specifically, Michelle. Though very knowledgeable, explained to me that because they were going to write off a bill for me (due to my lack of understanding my insurance policy, apparently) the doctor would not be earning a "penny" for the work he did on my contact eye exam (which only took about 5 minutes - if that). When I informed her that sounded like their office was more worried about money than the patient's well being, she told me I was being "ridiculous" and hung up on me. Excellent Exam, and a wonderful caring staff. I had hesitated trying because I thought they would be expensive. What a surprise! $89 for a complete eye exam with a refraction! Extremely thorough. Great experience. Highly Recommend! :)
Extremely nice staff and doctor. My appointment was at 3:15 and I was taken right back to the room if not on time, early. Definitely recommend this office.
