Completely unprofessional experience from start to finish. The staff repeatedly misunderstood my needs, misinformed me about my appointment, and even misspelled my email address meaning I received zero notifications until I called to correct it myself. When I called to confirm, I discovered they had scheduled me for the wrong type of appointment entirely.
