I brought my dog in as an emergency bc she was almost unconscious. Both Dr Pratt and Dr Rivers spent 4-1/2 hours trying to stabilize her enough so that I could get her to the Vet ER. She ended up having mitro valve disease and if they had worked so tirelessly I am not sure she would have survived. I have been taking her to Angel Oak since I moved to Charleston seven years ago and can’t recommend enough. They are caring and wonderfully knowledgeable.
The staff members worked hard to make my pet feel comfortable, and they clearly communicated everything that was needed as treatment for her. I recommend Angel Oak for their courteous, kind, and effective attention to customers and our pets!
First time visitor to this practice. Everybody was friendly, kind, and accommodating. They helped us diagnose what could be going on with our 11 year-old lab. We had a great first experience with the team.
We have been going to Angel Oak Animal Hospital for almost 2 years now. We felt comfortable right away taking our super senior girl to Angel Oak Animal Hospital. The staff is so wonderful and friendly. Our pup is a super senior and a diabetic with arthritis. We moved across the country and we were nervous about finding a new vet for our girl. The Angel Oak Animal Hospital team was extremely knowledgeable and SO kind. We highly recommend their team to anyone looking for a new vet in the area.
