I’ve been going to this nails salon for a year. I’ve gotten to a point where enough is enough. Kim Kim and all the other nail techs are unprofessional. They don’t know how to do nails. They rush in order to get to the next client. Leaving my nails sloppy and crooked. They run out of nail polishes and don’t replenish them. By the 6th attempt, I settle for a color I don’t like. Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. After waiting 45 minutes, a manicurist called me to begin my service, but the owner abruptly told her not to and brought in someone else instead. At no point was I informed that someone else would be prioritized or that my wait time would be extended even further. OLDER LADY THAT MANAGES THIS PLACE IS ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MAKING MONEY! SHE IS RUDE AND A LOT OF CUSTOMERS AGREE THAT HER Attitude IS HORRIBLE!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FIND ANOTHER SPOT. SHE TALKS ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN CHINESE!

I never once had a problem here before. Hands down the best nail salon I know that does great pedis. Only place I know that serves you mimosas which is the cutest. Idk bout yall but my toes get done real cute, I request random techs tbh but they always get the job done the way I want them to.

This is not a nail salon it's a day care center for the workers to bring their kids. Getting a mani & Pedi is supposed to be relaxing. Not at this nail salon. Kids are literally running and playing everywhere at all times.
