So I just spent over $120 on a spa pedicure and everything was fine until it was time to pay. The lady in the photo I included usually does the credit card and payment processing. This lady was VERY NASTY and impatient while handling me. It was nasty and almost like I didn't just spend my hard earned money here. I tried to tell her that I work VERY HARD for my money and she was disrespectful and told me not to speak to her. Been a customer here for years! SPENT MONEY HERE FOR YEARS. And that's how she treats customers
Bad experience today because of simple warm towel. I finished doing my nails and I previously usually get a hand massage with a lotion and warm towel but this Chinese lady manager says no for no reason and she was rude about it. And she couldn’t explain to me why I also asked about birthday discounts she simply says no and she couldn’t explain her reasons for the act. Plus the lady that did my nails was new and took a lot of time. Salon is really going down on nice services I used to get. I’m out.
