someone recommended this place to me for a pedicure and the owner tried to charge me $88 for a refill on my toes with white gel polish which was insane and I walked out

I liked going here because of the convenience of the parking lot and them having a lot of chairs for pedicures. The owner or manager Kim (older asian lady) is extremely rude. She is rude to ALL customers. Tries to force you to get gel or do a pedicure if you come in for just a fill in. The services are decent but their prices keep going up. Not worth it at all. Would give a 0 if i could.

I got my nails done yesterday, and it has literally only been 24 hours and they’re already chipping. Before the service, I specifically told the nail tech that I wanted something strong so they wouldn’t chip. She recommended adding a UV powder coat, assuring me it would help. However, after simply washing my hair, my nails started chipping almost immediately. What’s most frustrating is that this isn’t the first time this has happened. I understand that prices increase and businesses may add fees from time to time. My issue is that the pricing at this salon has never been consistent. As a long-time customer, I often felt like the amount I was charged varied without clear explanations, which made it difficult to know what to expect from one visit to the next.
