I was there on Monday for a main/pedi and wax that I scheduled the previous Friday. It was obvious they had overbooked but after the first 15 minutes of my feet soaking in cold water(I complained and they added hot water) and and 15 minutes soaking in warm water I got up to dry off my feet. The second I stood up they said they'd get to me right away.
