Made a 1:00 appointment for 2 pedicures. Sat in the water for an hour before they got started. They asked my friend which pedicure she wanted but the person who did mine never asked, so I figured I was getting the same one as her, and he barely scrubbed my feet, painted my nails and put lotion on me. This was supposed to be a fun "moms day" away from kids to get pampered and when I brought it up that I wanted the deluxe to the guy, he didn't even care or try to make it right. I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so now. I have been a loyal customer of Angel Nails. The other day I called 7 times to make an appointment and nobody answered the phone. I left a message and nobody returned my call. Apparently, you no longer need my business. I will taking my business elsewhere. The last time my girlfriend and I had a pedicure at your establishment, we were there at least 2 hours. I have been going to angel nails for years and always have a good experience! I always get compliments on my nails and they are the most sanitary nail salon in town. Elizabeth and Patrick are the best and really care for their customers. Highly recommend
