Their 1st mistake was when I made my original appointment for Thursday and he called harassing me on Tuesday why im not there. I said Thursday on text. He then proceeded to text me im uneducated liar. I canceled because im not doing business with them until they fire Patrick. He's no good asking me why the hell im canceling.. because your not nice and you don't know how to treat people. So no im not giving you my business. Im canceling!

I went in the first time Patrick waited on me he did a really good job but his attitude was not he was just mean face intire time I sat there we go to relax I didn’t but I liked his work the second time he was again just gruff but I thought as long as I get them done right but it was far from he made them to thick polish was sloppy then they fell off a week later. I am really angry and disappointed ☹️ we pay good I even leave a great tip I cut the rest off I’m left with stubs. Don’t go to Patrick 🤬
Came here to get my nails done I wanted a previous set replaced. She forced them off with a metal tool and cut my cuticles and then refuse to reset the tips that were pointed upwards off my finger. They were very rude. I offered to pay extra and was treated very poorly.
I've been twice. No complaints. So peaceful and relaxing. I will go back soon!
