I had been to this SALON SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS AND WOULD STOP GOING DUE TO THE SAME ISSUES. The ISSUE IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They DO OKAY WORK HOWEVER, whenever I, A CUSTOMER IS UNSATISFIED, The MANAGER AND THE WHOLE STAFF BECOMES RUDE AND SNAPPY. I'm a college student here in New Orleans and was in desperate need of nail needs while I'm in school they are the Best nail techs in town. I've been going to their shop for almost 2 years now...I love them. They take their time with the work to make sure you are happy they perfect anything you desire.
