I have been here a handful of times and they did their job alright. However I went earlier today for a pedi and manicure and they completely "forgot” about me. Not sure if it was on purpose or not although I highly doubt you don’t see a physical body sitting down in a chair in front of you. First time I ever had to walk out of a salon. I’m a very humble, understanding person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, so I hate to have to do this but the boss lady, who sits closest to the window and the guy, who sits right next to her, were so rude and just trying to argue with me back and forth on what I wanted on MY nails. The staff was very rude and acted like they didn’t want to help me just because I didn’t get my nails done at the shop I got them done at a shop in Sacramento they were jealous/angry. They tried to charge me $28 to add on a couple diamonds and put clear topcoat at the bottom of my nails. I had just paid $200 for my nails yesterday, and She messed up the shape on my pointer finger by using a drill. Since I refuse to pay $25 and payed $20 they banned me from the establishment Which is very poor customer service and hospitality... read more
