I am someone who NEVER writes reviews and our experience here today was absolutely TERRIBLE. My mom and I were walk-ins for pedicures. We told them which service we wanted. All was going well until we told the nail techs we did not want gel polish on our toes. We wanted regular polish. Our pedicures were okay up until that point. After that, the service seemed to rapidly decline. We decided to look over this part of the experience and get manicures while we were there because there was nobody else in the salon. When doing my nails they cut my twice and I was bleeding nonstop. They took an unnecessary amount of time for very simple, solid colored nails and my grandmothers french tips. I repeatedly said nude colors acrylic and they did clear acrylic and there was lots of acrylic build up underneath my nails they did not remove. I had my nails done recently. I did gel polish on my nails within 5 days it’s been coming off. One of my nail gel polish came off 3 days after getting them done. Really disappointed especially since I spent a lot of money on them.
