I walked in with so much hope hearing from a friend that they can do designs… and walking out with nothing I asked for. My nails turned out amazing, but the experience was not. By the end of my appointment, one of his coworkers sitting beside me told me I “need to get my life together” and that I should “figure it out before I come there.” As someone who only gets their nails done for very special occasions and needs some extra assistance, this was incredibly upsetting. They're fine, a little crooked (acrylics) but not too bad, and prices online are very outdated (full set costs 60$). Kind of a "got what I expected" thing. Might come back, definitely like their polish choices
