One Star Just had a gel manicure and it was a terrible experience. The staff was rude, and the technician completely botched a simple gel manicure. When I pointed it out, she tried to convince me that my nails looked fine—when they clearly didn’t. I’ve been coming here for 10 years, but the place has gone downhill since Angela retired. Sadly, it’s time for me to find a new nail salon.

Sadly very poor manicure. Have been going here for years and unfortunately this was the first bad experience. Cursory job. Minimal filing and nails were uneven at completion. Will have to get another manicure to correct.

I had a bad experience at this nail salon. The place was extremely unclean, with dirty equipment everywhere. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, making it hard to communicate about what I wanted. I had a nail extension done, but it was too short, and the technician kept cutting my skin repeatedly, leaving me bleeding by the time I left. I was charged $90 when the service was supposed to be $60, and the staff refused to honor the original price. I will never return and strongly recommend avoiding this salon.
