very rude, i heard sighs when i told them i just wanted a full set. my nails were bleeding
I've been a loyal customer for several years (and tip very well every time). Most techs do an amazing job but DO NOT bother making an appt. They do not honor the time. Normally I walk in but I've made 3 appts. Once my tech called in sick (not an issue), but they could not get me in with any others. 2 other times I get there and my tech is with someone else and it will be "30 min".
