Today I went in for a gel mani and classic pedi. I have always been satisfied with their service. Always do a great job. The two women I had today also did a great job but when I checked out, they charged me $5.10 because I wanted my natural nails almond shaped. What? Since when is that a special charge especially since I didn’t get the almond shape. The poor lady kept trying, but it never was right so I finally just told her it looked great so we could move on.
Nails were great but when you walk in they kinda just yell at you a little but the nails are amazing id suggest booking an appointment they are booked and busy here!
I wanted to love this salon, the first time i came Tom did my nails and he did a PHENOMENAL job. The last 3 times I have been here, I had an older lady, she was very rough with my nails and hands in general. The work has been lumpy, messy, and uneven. Its disappointing to say the least, and when I asked for it to be cleaned up I just had my skin cut off with cuticle clippers.
very rude, i heard sighs when i told them i just wanted a full set. my nails were bleeding
