Update: tried calling and they have my number blocked, even though I had only called one time to make an apt. Also, they were not busy at all. I called with another phone number and asked to speak to the manager or whoever is in charge of the google reviews because they said to call and they had no idea and hung up. They were rude from the get go. We were so rushed. He didn’t even let the nails dry, and told us to go. The nails were smudged by the time we got to the car. They were rude from the get go. We were so rushed. He didn’t even let the nails dry, and told us to go. The nails were smudged by the time we got to the car. He got annoyed because it took longer than 30secs to pick out a color. LA Nails across the street is 100% better.

Will not honor their own gift certificate saying it's expired. I struggle to understand a business that has same ownership will not accept their own gift certificate. Not sure even legal. They lost my business.
