3 stars is for the lady who gave me the first decent pedicure I've had here. The lady who greets you at the door just yells at you to pick a color from their regular polish. I tried to tell her that I use gel but she wouldn't stop snapping at me to pick a color. I don't like the fact that they work on your hands while your feet are being worked on either.
