Very mixed... the staff was very nice and service was timely...but... i walked away with a crooked, uneven set. Three of my nail beds bled due to being sanded by the nail drill and the acrylic getting fused to my cuticle and pulling on it. I wish I would have paid more attention to the tools to make sure they were clean, but the place itself is rather dirty, there were nail clippings and dust all over.
