I went to Angel Medical Center for a knee replacement one week ago today. I was somewhat anxious about the procedure, but the care team that handled it was exceptional. Dr. Jarrett (surgeon) and Dr. Gandy (anesthesiologist) and their OR team must have done an excellent job, because my follow-up physical therapy is going well and ahead of schedule. Staff was concerned about my well being. They insisted that I create a patient portal as it was the only way to review my lab results. Guess what, when I created the portal it did not contain my lab results.
This is absolutely the best hospital I’ve ever been to my wife and I have been several times and the service is outstanding. The people are great. The attitudes are great. I just can’t say enough how nice it is to go to a hospital and be treated with respect and kindness.
