BE CAUTIOUS!!! Laura Fretwell is the worst person when it comes to liability and contract! I lost $7,000 without refund, although in the contract it states that we will be refunded if no progress in 6 months. But after that, she delayed and canceled appointments in the last minutes continuously in a rude manner without any apology, and tried her best to delay everything as much as possible after many promises.
