We have gone here for years and had prepaid a block of 10 massages when they have their special this past winter. Since COVID, they were shut down, we still have a couple left. When I went to redeem one today, they refused to accept it or honor it because "it was sold" but still has same name, etc. If they are still using the same name, location, they need to honor or return our money, or at least do something to make amends of this situation.
