This agency should lose its DWI class certification. They're so disorganized and will cause you problems for YEARS if you use them.

John is a great counselor, pays attention and very professional. Of course nobody wants to go through this, but if you do, I highly recommend him for your assessment. Great experience

John bragged about his LSD use. Also received more money that what was asked for his assessment. If it wasn't him than it was whoever has access to his office. I offered to pay again, as his assessment was a crucial part, judicially, for me. If he's the only one with access to his office someone has clearly stolen from him. If not....I don't think anyone at the asheville office is actually recovered.

My father met with John for his initial evaluation back in January. My father paid John $100 cash for his evaluation that was supposed to be sent to the DMV officer assigned to my father’s case but was never sent in. He then met with John two more times to complete his assessments and paid John an additional $300. John told him all he needed after those meetings was to send him paperwork from when my father was in rehab. I helped scan that paperwork and emailed it to John, twice. We never heard back from John.
