My father was cared for by Angel Hospice, I was not sure if Hospice was the best option for him. However Angel Hospice and their staff was such a blessing for us! I want to say specifically their nurses were so amazing! Also they brought all the equipment needed to make Daddy comfortable, that was so nice to have that. The nurse that came to admit him was extremely knowledgeable and he made us feel confident that care would go very well. It was the best care and above and beyond our expectations. I had such high hopes for Angel Hospice after being through the absolute worst company prior to them. 1. The social worker was horrible. My aunt was being bathed in the bed and after I told him to NOT go in, he went in and terrified my aunt on hospice. He did not even ask if she was appropriate for him to see. 2. The nurse although better than the previous company, told me to text/call if I needed anything. Well, I text and I called on weekends mainly and I was never responded to except once when I asked about bed sores. I h... read more
